Hospitality technology
without the headaches.

We help hotels and restaurants simplify systems, improve workflows and get complex technology projects over the finish line, without piling more work onto the people running the operation.

20+ years in hospitality and the systems that run it.

How a hotel's systems connect Two views of a hotel's systems around the PMS. Usually, the booking engine and channels, door locks, payments, POS and accounting aren't properly connected, so staff retype, export and update things by hand. Set up properly, every system connects to the PMS automatically, and bookings, rates, charges and payments sync both ways. What it usually looks like. Each dashed line is a system that doesn’t really talk to the PMS, so your team fills the gaps by hand, every day.How it should look. Every system talks to the PMS, and information flows both ways wherever it should, so nobody retypes, exports or double checks by hand.

Technology shouldn’t become another front desk problem.

Hotels and restaurants rarely suffer from a lack of software. They suffer from systems that don’t talk to each other, projects that stall between vendors, manual workarounds that become permanent, and teams forced to adapt to technology instead of the other way around.

We work in the messy middle: the place where operations, vendors, software and the daily reality of running a hotel or restaurant collide.

Practical help where hotel operations and technology meet.

How we work

Diagnose. Simplify. Deliver.

  1. Understand the operation

Start with how your people actually work, not how a vendor says they should.

  2. Find the friction

Map systems, handoffs, recurring pain points and the hidden manual work holding the team back.

  3. Build the right plan

Prioritize by operational impact, effort, risk and value. Not by what’s new.

  4. Get it across the line

Coordinate the people, vendors, testing, training and details required to make the change stick.

Big enough to have technology problems.
Too lean to waste time on them.

Technology advice from people who understand the operator’s side of the equation.

Our founder, Chris Stralka, has spent more than 20 years in hospitality, and since 2010 has worked inside hotel software: supporting properties, leading PMS and POS implementations, and managing the integration partners that connect everything else to them.

We’ve seen how these projects look from the vendor side, and where they usually go sideways for the hotel or restaurant. Now we bring that experience to your side of the table.

No buzzword bingo. No giant transformation deck. Just clear thinking, practical recommendations and a team willing to own the messy parts.

Before we talk.

Do you replace our IT provider?

Usually, no. We focus on hospitality systems, projects, workflows and vendor coordination. Your IT, network and security partners stay exactly where they are, with clearer requirements and fewer surprises.

Can you help before we choose a new PMS or POS?

Yes. That is often the best time to bring us in: before demos, contracts and implementation commitments lock the business into a direction that does not fit the operation.

What if we already started a project and it is going sideways?

That is a very normal time to call. We can help clarify scope, ownership, priorities, testing, vendor responsibilities and the path to a stable launch.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Most advisory and project work can be done remotely. Time on site is used when discovery, launch support or seeing the operation firsthand calls for it, with travel quoted separately.

Tell us what’s driving you nuts.
